Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All products are shipped by DHL using INCOTERM DAP, meaning that the customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees local to their country.

Shipment processing time

All Raspberry Shakes are custom built and undergo extensive testing to ensure quality and reliability:

• For orders of less than 5 units, we estimate 1-3 business days for manufacturing and testing.
• For orders over 5 units, the manufacturing and testing period can take a little longer, but items are usually shipped well before 2 weeks.
• Special cases: The Calibration Table depends on inventory. Delivery time can be up to 90 days, but is usually considerably less.
• During holidays processing and shipping times may take longer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping estimated delivery time

Once ready for shipment, DHL will deliver your Shakes within 7-21 days. Remote areas may take longer. Please note that while unlikely, delivery delays are possible. Delivery time will also depend on how promptly any taxes due are paid by the receiver.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that the Shipment Confirmation email may come from the shipping carrier themselves. If you do not see the email please check your Spam folder before contacting us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Raspberry Shake is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, with all items shipped using INCOTERM DAP. All fees imposed during or after shipping by your home country are your responsibility (local tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that if a buyer chooses not to pay duties, tariffs and/or taxes, the product will be deemed “abandoned” and Raspberry Shake, S.A. is under no obligation to issue a refund.
