In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with one of our products, we are here to help you get back up and Shaking as quickly and easily as possible. To that end, this Guarantee applies to all physical goods purchased from Raspberry Shake, S.A.
WHAT DOES THIS GUARANTEE COVER?
This Guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship to your Raspberry Shake device(s). Raspberry Shake, S.A. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?
The Raspberry Shake, S.A. team will:
- Work with you remotely via our technical support forum, https://community.raspberryshake.org to identify the problem and attempt to fix it remotely (the preferred solution is always to get you up and running as fast as possible whenever possible);
- If we determine that the problem requires a replacement part, one will be shipped to you at our cost; and
- If we determine that the problem requires a Raspberry Shake technician, we will provide you with details of how to ship the product back to us. Please note that shipping and any repairs performed will be at no cost to you.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The Guarantee Period for Physical Goods purchased from Raspberry Shake is 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any repairs, undertaken by our company, reset the Guarantee period to 12 full months from the date of the repair.
WHAT DOES THE RASPBERRY SHAKE GUARANTEE NOT COVER?
The usual and logical things:
- Replacement of Shakes eaten by pets (or any other animal!)
- Replacement of stolen or vandalized equipment
- Damage due to inconsistent electricity/ lightning. We recommend pairing each Raspberry Shake with an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for protection.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at raspberryshake.org. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must first contact email@example.com to initiate the returns process; and
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account/ credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a reasonable amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs (except if the item is defective).
